Season chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/8 tsp pepper. 2. Sprinkle with cornstarch. 3. Fry in oil until brown. Set aside. 4. Sauté onion, carrots and bell pepper. 5. Add 1 cup water, salt and 1 tsp of sugar. 6. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken, pineapple chunks with syrup and dissolved cornstarch. 7. Cook until thick. Add green onions.

Siling haba 2 cups kangkang leaves and tender stalks Procedure: 1. Combine all ingredients except kangkaong in casserole. 2. Add 5 cups of water, salt and pepper. 3. Simmer until pork is tender. 4. Add kangkong. Simmer until kangkong is cooked. 5. Serve.
You will need: 1 whole lapu lapu fried 1 can crushed pineapple 1 tsp crushed garlic 1 pc small onion sliced 1 tbsp ginger cut into strips ½ cup carrots sliced into strips 1 pc small red bell pepper cut into strips 1 pc medium green bell pepper cut into strips 2 tbsp soy sauce ½ tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tsp water 1 tsp brown sugar Procedure: 1. Saute garlic, onion and ginger. 2. Add carrots and bell peppers. 3. Cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper, soy sauce and sugar. 4. Add crushed pineapple and simmer for 5 minutes. 5. Add cornstarch mixture. Simmer again for another 2 minutes. 6. Arrange fried fish on a platter and pour sauce on top. 7. Serve while hot.
