Chicken Stew

You will need:
¾ kilo chicken cut into serving size
2 tsp crushed garlic
2 pcs. Medium onions sliced
4 pcs. Medium tomatoes chopped
1 can pineapple chunks drained reserve syrup
3 tbsp patis
¼ kilo radish sliced thinly
Marinade:
½ cup pineapple syrup
1 tsp salt
½ pepper
1. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Procedure:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, tomatoes and chicken.
2. Add patis, pineapple chunks and radish.
3. Simmer until tender.
4. Serve hot.
